TBG International has successfully completed delivery of the largest programme in the group’s history: a significant weapons systems, platform equipment, and ammunition package for the armed forces of a NATO allied nation. The programme represented a major milestone for both TBG International and its parent company, The Blue Group, and a substantial expansion of the group’s international programme delivery portfolio.
The programme encompassed a complete weapons systems package designed to equip and sustain a critical element of the customer’s operational capability, covering weapons platforms, integration equipment, and the full ammunition requirement. Every element was delivered on time, on specification, and to the highest compliance standards.
The scale of the programme demanded detailed technical knowledge of each weapons system, its integration characteristics, and ammunition compatibility, combined with an understanding of the operational context in which the equipment would be employed. TBG International’s engineering knowledge, operational understanding, and programme management expertise ensured that every element was specified, qualified, and delivered as a coherent capability that worked from day one.
The programme drew on manufacturer partnerships across multiple countries, requiring the coordination of production schedules, export authorisations, and delivery timelines across several jurisdictions. TBG International managed the full lifecycle from international OEM engagement and system qualification through to multi-jurisdiction export licensing, cross-border logistics, and in-country acceptance. The successful completion of a programme of this scale and complexity demonstrates TBG International’s ability to deliver with the technical rigour, pace, and value for money that the current environment demands.
“This programme is the clearest demonstration yet of what TBG International can deliver. We executed a complex, multi-line weapons systems programme across multiple countries and jurisdictions, and we delivered it on time and to the standard our customer expected. We will continue to grow our capability and deliver for the allied nations that depend on us.” – Alex Moreton, Chief Executive Officer at TBG International
