We supply, integrate, and deliver weapons systems, ammunition, and energetics to sovereign customers and allied armed forces. Our work spans the full calibre spectrum, from small arms and infantry weapons through to medium and large calibre systems, mortars, and artillery platforms, together with their associated munitions, propellants, and support equipment.
Our programme management approach covers the complete delivery chain: requirement definition, OEM engagement, export licensing, end-user compliance, international logistics, and in-service support. We bring established supplier relationships, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to execute complex multi-stakeholder procurements on time and within specification.
Unmanned Systems & Counter-UxS
The proliferation of unmanned systems has fundamentally changed the modern battlefield. From aerial drones and loitering munitions to ground and surface vehicles, unmanned platforms are now employed at every echelon and across every domain. TBG International operates across both sides of this challenge: delivering unmanned systems and remotely delivered effects to allied forces, and developing and supplying the systems required to detect and defeat hostile unmanned threats.
Our work encompasses unmanned platforms and payloads across air, land, and maritime domains, remotely delivered munitions and effects, and the full spectrum of counter-unmanned systems solutions spanning detection, tracking, and defeat. We draw on our broader expertise in weapons technology, energetics, and systems integration to deliver capability that is effective, fieldable, and affordable at the scale that allied forces require.
Sovereign Defence Industry
Nations that depend entirely on foreign supply chains for their most critical defence materiel carry a strategic vulnerability. TBG International works with allied governments to eliminate that dependency by building genuine, enduring indigenous manufacturing capability for weapons, ammunition, and energetics.
Our approach goes well beyond technology transfer. We design and commission complete production facilities, engineer production lines for specific munitions and weapons systems, develop and train the local workforce, and implement the quality management systems required to achieve and sustain internationally recognised standards. The result is enduring industrial capability that delivers long-term production capacity and reduces dependency on external supply chains.
This work directly strengthens the United Kingdom's defence industrial base and its role as a leading partner in allied defence development. Expanding allied production capacity for ammunition and weapons systems reinforces collective NATO security and reduces the burden on shared supply chains at the point of greatest need.
Research, Development & Engineering
TBG International maintains a dedicated in-house research and development capability based in the United Kingdom. Our engineering team works across terminal ballistics, energetics, materials science, and systems integration to develop novel defence products that address real operational requirements identified by frontline users and defence planners.
We own our intellectual property. Every product we develop is designed from the outset for manufacturability, operational fielding, and compliance with relevant standards. We do not pursue technology for its own sake; we pursue capability that solves specific problems and delivers measurable advantage.
Our R&D programmes are focused on areas where we can deliver disproportionate value: novel warhead and munitions technology, advanced counter-unmanned systems effectors, and innovative approaches to weapons design. We work at pace, moving rapidly from concept through design and prototyping to qualification and production.
